RePro Stream is entering an exciting new phase of growth, and we’re expanding our leadership team to match.

We’re thrilled to welcome two experienced industry figures, Sarah Priestnall and Tom Elgar, who bring deep expertise in filmmaking technology, customer success, and business development. Their appointments mark a significant milestone as RePro continues to scale globally, building on the momentum led by CEO Phil Oatley (formerly of Netflix, Technicolor, and Park Road Post).

Expanding RePro’s presence in the US

Joining as Director of Market Development, Sarah Priestnall will lead RePro’s expansion across the United States, developing partnerships and connecting RePro with filmmakers and studios seeking smarter, more collaborative ways to work.

Sarah is a familiar name in the world of film technology. She helped pioneer one of the first-ever digital intermediates while at Cinesite, collaborating with the Coen Brothers and Roger Deakins, ASC BSC, on O Brother, Where Art Thou?. Her career has since spanned senior roles at Codex, Hollywood Intermediate, and Avid, and she is an Associate Member of the American Society of Cinematographers (ASC).

“RePro is transforming how distributed teams collaborate,” says Sarah. “I’m excited to extend that impact across the US and support the company’s next phase of growth.”

Strengthening customer success and business development

Meanwhile, Tom Elgar joins as Head of Business Development and Customer Success, leading revenue growth and client engagement.

Tom brings first-hand production experience from Joe Dunton Cameras and Rushes Postproduction, with credits including The Dark Knight, Beauty and the Beast, and Aladdin. His background bridges technical expertise and creative understanding – a perfect fit for RePro’s mission to connect every stage of production, from set to post.

“RePro already proves its value across productions of all sizes,” says Tom. “I’m looking forward to helping more teams benefit from its collaborative power.”

Building momentum worldwide

The appointments come as RePro Stream continues to grow its footprint across film and television. With adoption from leading cinematographers, directors, and studios worldwide, RePro is fast becoming a trusted platform for real-time collaboration and creative alignment.

Following a successful seed round, RePro Stream is now preparing for further fundraising to accelerate international expansion and product innovation.

Stay tuned – the next chapter is just beginning.
